At YURNS by MorzArt, we understand that this is a deeply emotional time. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind by creating a memorial that feels just right for your loved one. Every piece we make receives the care, attention, and dedication it deserves.

Every memorial is handcrafted from clay, transforming raw material into a one-of-a-kind tribute.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We maintain open communication throughout the process and keep you informed at every stage.

If you choose personalization, we’ll design and send proofs of your engraving(s) for approval.

Before firing, you’ll receive photos of the clay sculpture to review.

Once complete, we’ll provide final photos upon shipping.

TIMELINES & WAITLIST

Made-to-Order YURNS generally take 4–10 weeks to complete (depending upon our volume of orders).

Custom commissions require more time; the current waitlist is typically 4–6 months.

Each memorial we create represents a true investment of time and talent—typically 12 to 40+ hours of careful, hands-on craftsmanship from start to finish.

RUSH production is available for an additional fee, with production completed in 10–14 days (sometimes sooner). See details below and contact us if you need this option, and we'll see how we can help.

ORDER SCHEDULING & PRIORITY
With the nature of our business, we understand how meaningful it can be to have your loved one’s memorial ready in time for a service or special date. Our schedule allows room for flexibility, so when possible, we accommodate RUSH production requests for families who need their memorials sooner. RUSH order will take priority and are moved to the top of the queue.
All orders are processed in the order they are received, with fully funded projects placed into our active production queue. While standard timelines vary by design and workload, we maintain some scheduling “wiggle room” to prioritize time-sensitive orders when we’re able.
Every YURN we create receives the same level of care and attention, whether produced on a standard or expedited timeline. Please reach out to discuss your needs, and we’ll do our best to help ensure your loved one’s memorial arrives when it’s needed most.
RUSH PRODUCTION
We understand that memorial plans can be time sensitive. If your order is needed for a scheduled service or event, and we’re able to accommodate it, we offer RUSH production for an additional $150 fee. RUSH orders are completed within 10–14 days (sometimes sooner), and USPS Express (1–2 day) shipping upgrades are available for an additional charge.

RUSH production terms do not apply to custom commissions. Please ask us about your options.
CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

In the unfortunate event of damage during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Every memorial is carefully packaged by us to ensure it arrives safely.

Free Ground Shipping is included on all U.S. orders (2–3 day delivery once shipped).

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

International shipping is available via USPS; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We can ship directly to your home or to a funeral home of your choice.
