Depending upon our schedule, standard production of your product (with engraving) will likely take 4-8 weeks to create. All works are made to order.
Custom orders are given their estimated time frame to complete. Currently, 4 to 6 months.
Free Ground USPS shipping is included and typically takes 5-6 days domestically. Please let us know if you need to upgrade your shipping service.

International Orders - Outside USA:
Please contact us first. Sent via USPS to country of receipt. All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
NOTE FROM ROB & JAMAICA
This year has brought some heavy moments for our family. We’re currently caring for Jamaica’s dad as he recovers from a recent triple bypass surgery—just months after losing Rob’s sister to a fatal sudden heart attack in our home. These events have understandably impacted our pace, but we remain committed to each memorial in our care.

We understand that funeral plans can be time sensitive. If you are needing your order for a scheduled event, and we are able to produce in time, we do offer RUSH production for an additional $150 fee. RUSH orders are expedited in production in10-14 days. Fastest USPS domestic shipping (1-2 days) can be upgraded. Please call or contact us if you are needing RUSH services. * RUSH Production terms do not apply to custom works.
